TRAX Tracking
Track Your TRAX Shipment Online
Enter your TRAX tracking number to see where your parcel is right now. We also explain what each status means, how Cash on Delivery works and how long deliveries usually take.
How does TRAX tracking work?
Every parcel that TRAX Online Logistics handles gets an Airway Bill (AWB) or tracking number. Each time the parcel changes hands, at the seller, at a hub or with a rider, a barcode scan is saved. Enter your number and you will see the booking, each hub on the way, when a rider has it and when it was delivered.
You can track any TRAX parcel here, anywhere in Pakistan: online shop orders, COD parcels and parcels you sent yourself.
There is no separate "order tracking" at TRAX. Everything works with the tracking number, so if you only have a shop order number, ask the shop for the TRAX number first.
The result shows the current status, the city of the last scan and the full list of scans so far.

Is Sonic the same as TRAX?
Yes. TRAX’s online tracking also runs under the Sonic name (sonic.pk), and both use the same TRAX helpline. If your SMS says Sonic, use the same number in this box and you will get the same result.
Sonic parcels and TRAX parcels are one tracking system under two names, so there is no need to search twice.

Decoding TRAX Tracking Statuses
What each step means as your parcel travels through the TRAX network.
The seller has booked the parcel with TRAX. It is waiting to be picked up.
A TRAX rider collected the parcel from the seller and it was scanned in for the first time.
The parcel is travelling between TRAX hubs by road.
The parcel reached the TRAX branch in your city and was sorted for your area.
A rider has the parcel and is delivering it today. Keep your phone nearby.
The parcel was handed to the receiver, and COD cash was collected if needed.
The rider tried but could not reach you or the address. Another attempt will be planned.
Delivery is on hold because of an incomplete address, a missing phone number or an access problem.
After failed attempts or a refusal, the parcel is going back to the seller.
How fast does TRAX deliver?
TRAX has main hubs in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. How quickly a parcel arrives depends mostly on the distance and the route between the seller and you.
Parcels sent and delivered within the same big city skip the trip between cities, so they usually arrive first.
Parcels between big cities such as Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi or Islamabad travel on the busiest routes and usually come next.
Parcels for other cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Peshawar) or remote areas take longer. TRAX has not published a fixed number of days for these routes, so use your tracking number to check the latest status.
* Shops booking pickups through the Sonic merchant portal must request same-day collection before 3:00 PM. Ask TRAX if you need to know the cut-off for a counter booking.
Common TRAX tracking problems
Quick fixes for the questions people ask most.
When a shop books a parcel, the AWB number exists before TRAX scans the parcel in. The first update appears after pickup. Check that every character is right and try again later.
Parcels on the road between big cities are not scanned during the trip. The tracking updates when the parcel is scanned in at the next hub.
If tracking says the customer could not be reached, make sure your phone is on and you can take calls. Call TRAX on (021) 111-118-729 or email info@slgtrax.com to confirm your address and a nearby landmark.
Before you hand over cash, check that the amount matches the shop’s invoice. The rider records your payment on a handheld device.
If your TRAX tracking is not updating, first check every character of the number against your label, because one wrong digit gives a blank result. If the parcel has not arrived and the last scan has not changed for several days, call (021) 111-118-729 with your tracking number, or contact the shop, which can raise it with TRAX through its own account.
How TRAX charges per kg are worked out
Couriers usually charge by the higher of the real weight and the volumetric weight, which is length × width × height in cm divided by 5000. For example, a light box of cushions measuring 40 × 30 × 25 cm has a volumetric weight of 6.0 kg. If it only weighs 1.5 kg on the scale, the charge is worked out on 6.0 kg.
A COD handling fee may be added to each parcel. The exact amount depends on the shop’s agreement with TRAX.
A fuel charge may be added on top of the base price when fuel prices change.
For weight slabs, zones and packing charges, see the parcel rates guide.
Cash on Delivery (COD) rules for buyers
What to know when you receive a TRAX Cash on Delivery order.
Sealed Packaging Policy
Riders must hand over the parcel in its original sealed packing and cannot let you open it before you pay. They carry the parcel for the shop and cannot check the item for you.
Unboxing Video Recommendation
Film one continuous video while you cut open the packet and check the item. If it is broken or wrong, the video is your proof for a refund from the shop.
