A fact-checked guide to when TRAX delivers, what happens on Sundays and holidays and what it means for your tracking.

The Weekly Delivery Schedule at a Glance

TRAX delivers six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is the rest day for riders. The table shows what runs on each day:

Checked fact: TRAX makes deliveries Monday to Saturday. Normal home deliveries do not run on Sundays, but central hubs and trucks work around the clock to get parcels ready for Monday morning. Regular work stops on national holidays and Eid.

Saturday Is a Normal Delivery Day

Saturday is a normal delivery day for TRAX. If your tracking shows "Out for Delivery" on a Saturday morning, expect the rider in the same way as on any other working day.

Sellers who send parcels near the end of the week should remember that Sunday is not a delivery day. A parcel that is not delivered on Saturday will usually wait until Monday.

Sunday: No Home Deliveries, but Hubs Keep Working

On Sundays, riders do not make deliveries, so nobody will try to deliver to your address. But the TRAX network does not stop completely:

Rider deliveries to homes and businesses
Normal pickups from sellers
Counter drop-off at offices (we could not confirm Sunday hours)

Central sorting hubs (24/7)
Trucks between the main hubs
Sorting of parcels already in the network
Getting parcels ready for Monday morning

So if your parcel was out for delivery on Saturday but did not arrive, the next try will usually be on Monday. Tracking may not change on Sunday because no rider scans it, but the parcel can still be sorted and made ready for Monday.

Public Holidays and Eid

TRAX stops normal home deliveries on national public holidays. This includes one-day holidays, such as Independence Day and Quaid-e-Azam Day, and the longer Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha breaks.

One-Day National Holidays

Deliveries usually start again on the next working day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or a Monday, the break joins up with Sunday, so expect a longer pause.

Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha

Eid usually means a break of several days. We could not confirm exactly how many days TRAX closes, so sellers should send parcels well before Eid starts. Parcels already on the way wait in the network until deliveries start again.

Muharram and Local Events

Local events, such as Muharram processions, can sometimes affect deliveries in some cities. We could not confirm TRAX’s plans for these days, so check with TRAX if timing matters.

My Parcel Was Not Delivered Before a Holiday: What Now?

If tracking shows "Out for Delivery" but the parcel did not arrive before a Sunday or holiday, you usually do not need to call straight away. The parcel is already with TRAX and should be tried again on the next delivery day.

Wait for the next working day: The next delivery try usually happens on the next working day without you doing anything.

Check again: If tracking has not changed by the end of the first working day after the holiday, check your tracking number again here or on sonic.pk/tracking.

Does TRAX deliver on Sunday in Pakistan?

Why is my tracking not updating on Sunday?

Tracking updates when a barcode is scanned. Riders do not work on Sundays, so there are no delivery scans. You may still see a hub scan if the parcel is sorted. Updates usually pick up again on Monday.

Does TRAX deliver during Eid?

No. Regular work stops for the Eid holidays and starts again after the break. Sellers with many parcels should book well before Eid begins.
