Tracking & Consignment Numbers
How do I track my TRAX consignment online?
Your tracking number arrives in the shop’s SMS or email, or it is printed on the parcel sticker. Enter it in our tracker and press Track Consignment to see the recent scans. There is a full walkthrough in our How to Track a TRAX Shipment Guide for complete step-by-step instructions.
What does a TRAX tracking number look like?
It is a code of letters and numbers that TRAX creates when a shop books your parcel. You will usually find it in the dispatch SMS or on the booking receipt. Examples and tips are in our TRAX Tracking Number Format Guide for identification tips and location details.
Why does TRAX say my number is invalid or not found?
The shop has probably made the label, but TRAX has not scanned the parcel in at a hub yet. Try again once the parcel has been picked up. Our tips for this are in the Tracking Not Updating Guide for typical hub processing intervals and troubleshooting recommendations.
Is a shop order number the same as a TRAX tracking number?
No. A shop order number such as #1042 only exists in the shop’s own system. TRAX can only find parcels by the tracking number it gives each booking, so ask the shop for that number.
Delivery days and times
How many days does TRAX take to deliver?
TRAX has not published a delivery-time table we can check, so we do not quote exact days. Parcels between big cities such as Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad usually arrive faster than parcels to smaller towns. For more on timing, see our TRAX Delivery Time Guide for detailed regional timelines.
Does TRAX deliver on Sundays or public holidays?
No home deliveries take place on Sundays or public holidays; TRAX delivers from Monday to Saturday. Its main hubs and long-distance trucks keep working around the clock, so parcels are ready to go out again on Monday.
On which days do TRAX riders deliver?
TRAX riders deliver from Monday to Saturday. The time your rider arrives depends on the route they follow that day, so keep your phone on from the morning.
What does "Arrived at Facility" mean?
Your parcel has reached a TRAX hub or sorting center on its way to you. Staff scan and weigh it there and send it on to the next truck or to your local branch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) questions
Can I open a TRAX COD parcel before I pay?
Usually not. You pay the full COD amount first and then open the parcel, unless the shop offers an open-delivery option for your order. The rider must keep the parcel sealed until it is paid for. More details are in our TRAX COD Tracking Guide.
What happens if I refuse a COD parcel?
The rider marks it as "Customer Refused". The parcel goes back to the local branch and is then returned to the shop. Read our TRAX Returned to Shipper Guide to understand return lifecycles.
Can I pay for a TRAX COD order by card or mobile wallet?
Plan to pay the rider in cash, and keep the exact amount ready. If the shop offers another way to pay, it will tell you before delivery.
Delivery problems and support
My parcel was "Out for Delivery" but never came. What now?
Sometimes a rider cannot finish the route because of traffic or weather. The status then changes to Delivery Attempted or Returned to Facility, and the parcel goes out again on the next working day. See our Out for Delivery Guide for advice.
Tracking says "Delivered" but I did not get the parcel. What should I do?
Ask family, household staff, your office reception or the building guard whether someone took it for you. If nobody did, call TRAX on (021) 111-118-729 straight away and ask for the proof of delivery (POD) record.
Can I change the delivery address after the parcel is sent?
Usually the shop has to agree first. Contact the shop you ordered from, or call TRAX with your tracking number and ask whether they can hold the parcel at a branch.
How do I contact TRAX customer care?
Call the TRAX UAN on (021) 111-118-729 or email info@slgtrax.com. Keep your tracking number and the phone number on the parcel ready. All contact details are in our TRAX Helpline Directory.
Need help with your TRAX parcel now?
If your parcel is late or the rider needs better directions, call the TRAX helpline.
