Why Does My SMS Say Sonic?

Sellers book parcels through the Sonic seller portal, so messages about your parcel may use the Sonic name. The message may include your tracking number, which is made of letters and numbers.

The parcel itself is collected, sorted and delivered by TRAX. The rider and the airway bill may show the TRAX name. This mix of names is why many people ask whether Sonic is real or a scam. It is the same courier.
