Connecting Your Shopify Store

Enter your pickup address, a phone number and clear directions. For same-day pickup, book before 3:00 PM. Riders collect between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM on working days.

Product Weights

Courier prices often depend on weight and box size. Add real weights to your products so bookings are accurate. Ask TRAX how it works out the weight it charges for.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Amounts

For COD orders, check that the amount the buyer must pay is the final order total. For orders already paid online, make sure the COD amount is zero, so the buyer is not asked to pay twice.

Printing Airway Bills and the Dispatch Sheet

Every parcel needs a printed airway bill with a barcode that can be scanned. Print them together and stick each one firmly on the right parcel.
